Refund policy

At Sakin By Shatha, we take great pride in the quality of our fragrances and home products. Because our products include personal care items and delicate home fragrances, we have established the following policy to ensure a fair and transparent experience for all our customers.

1. Returns

We offer a 7 day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for perfumes, body oils, or sprays that have been opened or sprayed.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned:

Opened Products: Any fragrance, body oil, or spray that has been unsealed or used.
Giveaways/Custom Orders: Specialized items created for events or personalized gifts.
Sale Items: Items purchased during a promotional sale or using a clearance discount code.

3. Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged (e.g., a broken car diffuser or candle jar), or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at Sakin.byshatha@outlook.com.

To process a damage claim, please include:

Your Order Number.
Clear photos of the damaged item and the packaging.

4. Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have (once the return is accepted), and make a separate purchase for the new item.

5. Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 15 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

6. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
